Olga Y. Bryan
Ms. Bryan joined the firm initially as a law clerk awaiting bar results, upon completion of the California Bar Examination. After displaying superior legal acumen, consistency, organization, as well as outstanding research and writing skills she quickly became an associate of the firm after obtaining her license to practice law, focusing on litigation and appellate matters. Ms. Bryan’s practice includes complex matters in the areas of Intellectual Property, White Collar Defense, Civil Rights, Real Estate, Contract disputes and Corporate governance matters. Ms. Bryan has represented an array of clients as both a Plaintiff and Defense attorney.
Ms. Bryan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and shortly thereafter attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school Ms. Bryan was an active member of the Women’s Law Association, Phi Alpha Delta, and Los Angeles County Bar Association. She was also the recipient of the Judge Barry Russell Award for Outstanding Achievement as well as receiving First Honors in Intellectual Property. As a result, she graduated from law school with distinction and a concentration in Intellectual Property.
Ms. Bryan admitted to practice before the state courts of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California
Ms. Bryan is fluent in Russian and resides in the greater Los Angeles area.
